Refund policy

Your right to cancel (14 days) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. To cancel, please contact us at olivia@yoose.uk with your order number.

Our 30-day returns promise On top of your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window. If you're not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault, please contact us — we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. All YOOSE products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

How to return an item

1. Email olivia@yoose.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll confirm the return and provide the return address.

3. Please return the item within 14 days of your return being approved.

Return postage

• For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

• For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return postage.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll let you know by email once it's done.
